Born and raised in New Jersey, Theresa studied art at Rutgers University at the Newark, New Jersey campus. She is intrigued by collage and the processes of the 1970’s. Her most famous series are known as fruitscapes, a cross between a landscape and a still life. Each painting has its story to tell. She also studied print making at the Pratt Graphics Center in Manhattan, New York. She has used her artistic skills to teach both the and mentally challenged adults.
