Her studio sits in the midst of fifty acres of pristine forest outside Berea, Kentucky. Her work flows organically from these natural surroundings. Birds, trees, water and sky may all be glimpsed in her abstract paintings. She is a member of the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association; the Berea Arts Council; a juried member of the Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsman; and is a certified Arts for Healing facilitator.
“I like the idea of the project. To recapture an old hubcap from or destined to a landfill and create a message, something beautiful or both out of it, heck yes! I care deeply about the issues that affect our earth and all of us that depend on her health. Joining together with artists from around the world on this project is a special creative opportunity!”Debra Hille
