Jeb holds a BA from Gulf Park College in Gulfport, Mississippi and a BFA from Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida. She is founder of Metropolitan Art, renovating a garage into a gallery. She currently works and teaches out of her studio and gallery, Jeb Art.
