Duston has a BA and MA from New York University as well as a certificate from Parsons School of Design. She is an award winning, internationally exhibiting artist. Duston is an Adjunct Professor for Marymount Manhattan College and Higher Education for Women in Prison. Since 1994, she has been involved in various artist talks, panels and conferences.
