James is an award winning artist. Every one of his creations documents the illustrious and colorful history of Fireworks and Firecracker Art. His work expands the concept of firework art display imagery to include the areas of painting, fashion, and performance arts. He creates collages by using wrappers, labels, stamps and envelopes. James is an active member of the Pyrotechnics Guild International, Western Pyrotechnic Association & certified pyrotechnician. He has exhibited at UCLA, the Pacific Asia Museum, the Chinese Cultural Foundation, The Nevada Museum of Art, and the Minna Gallery. His work has been published in Juxtapoz Magazine, a short film, along with other books and articles.
