“Kitchen Art –Tagfree, a collage on the Plymouth hubcap, is a reflection on the consumerism that ultimately helped bankrupt the U.S. car industry. Kitchen Art is an ongoing series of sticker collages that I began many years ago. They are a personal diary--each having a theme or story--based on products I've consumed, and other sticky labels that make their way into my life. Each piece is named after one of the labels within the piece. In the same serendipitous way, Ken's hubcaps project rolled into my life as a promise of a compelling environmental awareness.”Pauline Galiana
