Rodrica, a plein air pastel painter, has shown in nine solo exhibitions. Her paintings have won awards and been included by juries in group shows in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Door County, Wisconsin. Her work is recognized for skill, impressionistic style, freedom of strokes and complexity of color. Garden scenes and rural landscapes are her most frequent subjects. The majority of her work is completed on location. One of her goals is to complete the Fifty State Project, making a plein air painting in of the fifty United States.
