Sabine is a native of Germany and immigrated to the United States in 1983. In addition to her degrees in English and French she is a graduate of Leadership Wilkes-Barre Class of 1995. She is a board member of the Wyoming Valley Art League, has a studio at Marquis Art and Frame, and has studied painting since 1993. Her work has been exhibited in many regional venues.
