Nazim Rahmanov

Nazim was born in 1946 in Baku, Azerbaijan. He graduated from the graphic arts department of Moscow State Polygraphic Institute in 1974. Since 1983 he has been participating in international exhibitions. In 1989 he was awarded with a Gold Medal of the Caspian Biennial. Also in 1989, he joined the International Symposium in Poland. Nazim’s work is collected by several museums in Azerbaijan, as well as The Museum of Oriental Art in Moscow, Russia and Zimmerli Art Museum, New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA. His work is also in private collections internationally.
