Ann was born in Marshall County, Tennessee and attended the Middle Tennessee State Univeristy where she majored in Art and Physical Education and continued working on her artwork. While in school, one of her pieces of carved furniture was recognized by the state of Tennessee and added to Tennessee State Museum. Ann is married, raised a family and continued her art. She is the proud owner of a registered Tennessee walking horse, Hero, who has exhibited in many shows. Ann's work, both lifelike portraits taken from photographs using various pencil techniques and mixed media garden sculpture wind chimes, has been displayed in many shows throughout Williamson County, Tn and in her studio, Breath of Life, in her hometown of Franklin.
