“I instinctively keep remnants that are by-products of my creative processes. My obsession to save left over bits and pieces of wood comes from my fascination with the material and a sense it should be honored. Furthermore, I believe wood is an endangered resource. When confronted with the Landfillart Project, it seemed nature to me to feel a kinship of concept. All our resources are interlinked and important to all living species. Abuse of the environment degrades the habitat for all.”Lynne Oulman
