Abby is a self- taught abstract expressionist oil painter. She began painting with acrylics when she was seven years old. Abby briefly studies under Hugh Lifson and Professor Emeritus at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa. Jackson Pollock and Steve Joy are two of her favorite artists. Their work inspires her because they are raw and energetic.
