Bonnie-Sol graduated from a dual-degree program with Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in 1998. Her use of use of dramatic color, rich and at times intense along with color harmonies and contrasts push the visceral aspect of her work. She is inspired by nature and fascinated by naturally occurring patterns. All of her paintings are renditions of actual places or interpretations of natural forms.
