Hope Rising

Palenville, New York

Christine is a landscape painter who attended Parsons School of Design. She worked at Ceramic Supply of New York and New Jersey as a glaze tech, and was a studio assistant at Harris and Styles Company in SoHo, New York.

“Emily Dickenson wrote, ‘ Hope is the thing of feathers that perches in the soul, and sings the tune without the words, and never stops…’ I have always felt without having hope that things will never get better. There are too many empty parking lots standing where trees and fields once thrived…and asked why? So I continue to have hope…that we can reach a cleaner and greener world…Peace.”Christine Margolias
