“This mission and focus of Landfillart seems perfectly in line with my pursuits as an artist. To take that which had been discarded and give it a second life, a second glance. I was interested in the combined efforts of many artists to react to the same item, in this case, a hubcap. Mr. Marquis’ efforts to heighted awareness for the environment are commendable. For me, a hubcap is a part of a car.
