Dave is a self-taught artist from Central Illinois. He has shown his work in Carmel, California; Chicago, Springfield and Exeter, Illinois; Ann Milan, Ohio and held solo exhibits in Monterey, California; Springfield, Illinois and Paper Kite Gallery in Edwardsville, Pennsylvania. He has worked as a harpsichord decorator, church decorator and textbook illustrator. He currently resides in Kingston, Pennsylvania.
