“I like the idea of working with discarded materials. It was a challenge to work on a restricted size and surface such as the hubcap. My concept was to come up with a theme which reflects our impact on nature. The car industry and the carbon emissions greatly add to the pollution of the environment. In addition, I am very pleased to take part on this global initiative of collecting metal canvasses and doing something creative with them.”David Benforado
