Born in Moynalty County Meath, Helen moved to Dublin to study a Foundation Course in graphic design, before embarking on a career in nursing. Helen has a particular love for paper art, getting her inspiration from all things organic. She believes fully in the importance of the role of creativity in helping develop our human awareness and potential.
