Joseph was born in B’kara Malta, and moved to Toronto Canada in 1964 where he still resides. His art education includes the Ontario College of Art & Design, Toronto. A.O.C.A. , École des Beaux-arts d’Aix-en-Provence, France, Glendon College, York University. B.A.Hons., and the University of Toronto. B.Ed.. Joseph’s works have appeared in numerous exhibits and private collections over the years.
