Julia is a professional artist working and exhibiting in the Boston area. Her vibrant collage can be seen in local galleries and has been collected by corporations as well as individuals. She is a graduate of Wesleyan University.
“I have to say what first drew me to this project was curiosity. Then, the idea of taking something very far removed from my usual sensibilities (a car part!) and transforming it into something representative of nature just grabbed me. I like that the project makes a statement about the degradation of our environment and the hope we have of turning that around in the future into something beautiful.”Julia R. Berkley
