Micaele is a sculptor who received her BA from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Quito, Ecuador and her MFA from Alfred University, New York. Her work has been exhibited in the United States, Ecuador, Ireland, Finland, Austria and Switzerland. From 2001 to 2007, Micaele completed five residencies in five different countries; additionally, she received seven art grants from three different countries.
