Payne Anne was born in the Midwest in the sixties and raised in Arizona. She attended TVI Vocational School in New Mexico for welding in 2004-2005. She then relocated to Idaho in 2007 where she built fire apparatus for Boise Mobile Equipment. She is currently living in Flagstaff, Arizona where she owns and operates the Three Clovers Studio.
