Penny was formally trained at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh which led to a career in advertising and design. She is currently employed by the state. From finger-painting a portrait to finger-clicking a mouse, she has never been limited by format boundaries. Penny is most often in her home-studio painting sculpting or simply 'creating' her feelings into something tangible.
