Scott was born in Salem, Oregon and attended Portland State University. He taught at the Pacific NorthWest College of Art in Portland, Oregon from 1976 thru 1983. Scott also attended the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles, California. His work is represented by several galleries in New York and Ohio and he has an extensive resume of one person, selected invitational and group exhibits throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

The Landfillart project exemplifies my interest in a making people aware of the environment.
