“I chose to participate in the Landfillart Project because as an artist I am able to help foster new ideas about the way we treat our environment. A rusty old hubcap was turned into shiny symbol of human- kinds ability to choose their own future. It can be the setting sun of a habitable planet, or the rising of a new era of recycling, reducing waste, and working in harmony with our eco-systems so that we can all flourish.”Paul Zepeda
