Veronica Forsgren

Born in Uppsala, Sweden, Veronica moved to Ireland in 1999 and began studying art at Ballyfermot College of Further Education in 2002 and graduated from National College of Art and Design with a joint honours BA in Irish Art History and Sculpture in 2007. Veronica has shown work in Ireland and Italy and recently completed an artist residency in St Margarets, Roundstone. In January 2008 she received the Swedish Women’s Educational Association (SWEA) culture travel grant to curate, organize and create work for an exhibition in Thisisnotashop Gallery in Dublin in November 2008. Her works are held in private collections in Ireland and Sweden.
